Channing Tatum Brings Sizzling ‘Magic Mike Live’ to NYC This Fall

Channing Tatum’s hit production “Magic Mike Live” expands to New York City this fall, captivating audiences with its immersive dance revue inspired by the blockbuster films. Preview performances begin October 8, 2026, at a renovated venue near Times Square, with the official opening on October 22. The show promises a blend of top-tier choreography, acrobatics, humor, and audience interaction for the ultimate nightlife experience.

Venue and Schedule

The 425-seat space at 268 W. 47th Street, formerly the Copacabana nightclub, features a hybrid theater-nightclub design with couches, cabaret tables, and multiple bars. Performances run 90 minutes at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday-Monday, plus late shows Fridays/Saturdays and matinees weekends; the Greenlight lounge opens daily at 5 p.m. without tickets. Tatum curates an intimate lounge with custom cocktails alongside Authentic Hospitality partners.

Tatum’s Vision

Tatum, who envisioned the show a decade ago, returns to NYC roots after hits in Las Vegas and London that drew two million fans worldwide. “This all began as a wild idea… we’re returning to where it all began,” he stated, emphasizing themes of confidence, friendship, and fantasy through 13 ripped dancers and a female MC. Co-director Alison Faulk highlights its sexy, athletic, and smart appeal, akin to Cirque du Soleil’s reinvention of circus.

Why It Fits NYC

Producers aim to honor New York’s iconic entertainment scene, evolving the revue into a hospitality-centric evening with post-show partying. Ideal for girls’ nights, celebrations, or dates, tickets are on sale now via magicmikelive.com. This residency joins ongoing Vegas and London runs, boosting Tatum’s franchise post its third film and “Finding Magic Mike” series.
